A Golf Performance Training Program after Knee Replacement

Golf Fit program is a comprehensive, multi-level training program designed to help you get back to golf after your knee replacement. This is a 6-week program, with each week focusing on a specific aspect of golf fitness and performance. Followed with the tests are the exercises for improving your mobility, strength and balance. Strength and balance exercises have three levels. You start with level one of each. For each of these, there are markers that help you progress to the next level. This program will help you get back to golf, address current pain or mobility limitations, and ensure longevity in the game from the comfort of your home.

Meet Hetal Acharekar Owner of PerformanceAbove

PT, MPT, CAFS, MAT

Hetal is a clinical physical therapist with 15 years of experience and owner of PerformanceAbove, LLC. She specializes in Orthopedic and Sports injuries. Golf became a passion of hers 3 years ago and she combines her expertise with the sport to help prevent common injuries and optimize the swing through a research-based approach using video analysis. Hetal focuses on chronic injuries and the integration of posture, stability and mobility to improve movement.
